ABOUT

About our Business

We want to help you to save time when keeping track of your activities and how they make you feel on different days, weeks and months.

Why would anyone do this?

For many years, doctors have encouraged patients to keep a diary so they can understand whether a treatment is working or what triggers or relieves problems. Diaries are used in many healthcare situations, but we need a more modern digital diary to suit the way people live today.

With great demands on healthcare services and long waiting lists, people often choose to try to solve problems themselves. In recent years, we have become increasingly aware that lifestyle factors play a big part in prevention and also recovery and rehabilitation. So many people keep track of weight, steps, healthy eating, measuring their own blood pressure and lots more.

The coronavirus pandemic sharpened our focus on the fact that individuals may be affected differently and it is up to each of us to be aware of our own risks and what works for us.

MyTeleDiary is a smart, modern digital diary that allows people to capture their own data to help them to have better conversations with healthcare providers and wellbeing coaches, or to solve problems themselves. The aim is to feel more in control of one's own health and solve problems sooner.

TESTIMONIALS

What people are saying

A mother worried about her child's skin problem and anxious about side-effects.

"Normally I worry about being able to remember everything that has happened. I felt more relaxed going in and was able to tell the Consultant how things had been going. The app was easy to use every day and didn't take much time to complete"

A woman with complex health problems explaining her many symptoms to her doctor.

"It can be very hard to remember everything that has happened due to brain fog and anxiety. When I have  the data from the app it can help prompt me and it can help me remember what I really want to say or ask the healthcare professional."

A man  who was admitted to the Emergency Dept and had to explain recent experiences.

"The fact that I was able to record symptoms "in real time" gave me the certainty that I wouldn't forget anything during the admission interview at the emergency clinic - which was very useful for me in an extremely stressful situation."
